Atlanta based singer/songwriter The Only Michael James’s favorite motto is, “Don’t judge a book by its cover,” and with him, that’s definitely the case. What you see is definitely not what you get.
This multi-instrumentalist has been playing the guitar, keyboard, and bass since his early teens. He approaches his music with an acoustic aesthetic mixed with heavily synthesized sounds. He is notorious for his live reinterpretations of his own music.He self-released his first solo EP The Digital in fall ‘08 and is currently putting the finishing touches on his first full length CD Hopeless Romantic.
